Our mission is our passion.
Our mission is to work with the public and to provide the best possible care for a range of injured, ill or orphaned wildlife, inclusive of small mammals, songbirds, waterfowl, and small raptors for the purpose of releasing them back to their natural habitat.
We also provide education to the public regarding the natural history of wildlife in our communities and how to co-exist with wildlife.
We are a Non-Profit Wildlife Rescue & Rehabilitation Center
Dawndale Farm Wildlife is a state and federally licensed non-profit wildlife rescue & rehabilitation center serving communities in the Western Massachusetts region. We provide a service for Western Massachusetts communities by giving the public a place to bring injured, ill, and orphaned wildlife for the purpose of wildlife rehabilitation.
We field hundreds of phone calls annually helping people understand the natural history of the wildlife we live with. By understanding natural history, we can determine which wildlife situations are normal and which situations require human intervention.
Dawndale Farm Wildlife is also available to come and do presentations on wildlife rehabilitation and natural history for your school, camp, or organization. Contact us for more information.
Dawndale Farm Wildlife is staffed by state and federally licensed wildlife rehabilitators. Dawndale Farm Wildlife takes in small mammals, songbirds, waterfowl, and small raptors.
